Noah Heinz is a Partner at Pak Heinz PLLC, where he represents plaintiffs in court and in arbitration.

Before founding Pak Heinz, Noah worked at Keller Postman LLC, representing plaintiffs in some of the firm’s highest profile cases. In the United States Supreme Court Noah briefed Royal Canin v. Wullschleger and Mallory v. Norfolk Southern Railway, delivering decisive wins for individual plaintiffs fighting large companies.

In courts of appeals, he briefed the winning arguments in Heckman v. Live Nation, a path-marking arbitration precedent, and wrote briefs for plaintiffs’ leadership on mass tort appeals including the 3M Combat Arms Earplugs and Zantac multidistrict litigation.

In district courts, Noah represented thousands of cancer victims in courts across the country against the makers of Zantac, culminating in global settlements in the billions of dollars. He also represented the State of Texas in an ongoing antitrust and deceptive trade practices case against Google for monopolizing the display advertising market.

In arbitration, he played a key role on a team that secured compensation for almost 200,000 deceived taxpayers who payed for TurboTax services from Intuit that they were eligible to receive for free.

Before Keller Postman, Noah practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on law and briefing at the trial and appellate levels.

Noah was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2022-24, was selected as “Up and Coming” by Chambers and Partners, and was selected as among the 2024 Lawdragon 500 “The Next Generation.”

Noah clerked for Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor on the Harvard Law Review and the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He was first in his class at The King’s College in New York, with a degree in politics, philosophy, and economics.
