Faithful Advocates

Pak Heinz champions consumers and workers harmed by unfair business practices imposed through Terms and Conditions. When companies force individuals into arbitration rather than court, they’re fighting on our turf.

After graduating from Harvard and Yale Law Schools, we’ve spent years representing hundreds of thousands of individuals and big companies in court and in arbitration. Now we only fight for everyday individuals, with no compromises.

When companies cross the line, Pak Heinz PLLC will work for you to enforce the law and get fair compensation.

These days, companies have every advantage against individuals. Some of them still do the right thing. But too many of them exploit those advantages to squeeze every dollar out of their customers or to extract another minute of work from their staff. To them, you are a metric. A sale to convert. An impression to monetize. A subscription to renew.

When companies cross the line, Pak Heinz levels the playing field for you.

We have litigated against the biggest companies in the world: retail behemoths, pharmaceutical giants, and the fast-conquering tech startups. We know their tactics. And we know how to give you your fair shot at just compensation for your claims.

We only take cases we believe in, and so we won’t charge you anything up-front for our services.

We will charge a contingency fee for our services, meaning that you do not have to pay us anything unless and until we get you compensation for your claims. Contingent on our obtaining a recovery for you, we will collect a portion of that recovery as the fees for our services.

That way, our incentives are aligned, and we will both want to maximize your recovery.

Consumer Protection

Consumers are busy, and some companies take advantage by sneaking in bogus fees, illegal contract terms, or unauthorized charges. We help consumers get their money back and recover penalties. Common consumer protection cases include hidden fees, false advertisements of fake discounts, illegal subscription renewals, and unconscionable contract terms.

Privacy

Companies often view your private information as theirs to sell as they wish. They sell it to advertisers or data brokers that track you and push ads. We can help when companies fail to protect your information or sell it without your consent.

Employment

Employees have rights, but some companies cut corners on working conditions to save money or call their staff independent contractors to avoid employment protections altogether. We can help you fight for fair treatment that follows the law.
